The Chairman's Perspective
Mr. K. C. Vijayakumar

Chairman, United World Academy
Mr. K. C. Vijayakumar
Mr. Vijayakumar has played a founding role in several educational institutions. His vision for United World Academy brings together strong academics, character, sport and opportunities for students to discover their potential.
A Message from the Chairman
At United World Academy, we believe education shapes more than academic achievement. It shapes how young people think, the values they carry and the contribution they make to the world.
We established UWA to give students a learning environment that challenges them intellectually while encouraging them to explore their interests and grow in confidence. Our Cambridge and IB pathways prepare students for opportunities across the world. Equally, the values of curiosity, responsibility, integrity, perseverance and respect guide how we learn and live together each day.
We believe some of the most valuable lessons are learned beyond the classroom. Sport, creative expression, collaboration and participation in school life help students discover their strengths, respond to challenges and work with others. These experiences are essential to the education we want to offer.
As UWA grows, we remain committed to a school where every student is known, supported and encouraged to aim high. Together with our educators and families, we hope to nurture independent thinkers and responsible leaders who are prepared to make a positive difference in the world.
