College Counselling
The journey to university begins with understanding interests, strengths and aspirations. At UWA, guidance supports students from career exploration and subject selection through applications and the transition beyond school. Individual conversations help students consider courses, institutions and countries in relation to their goals. Interest and psychometric assessments may add useful perspective alongside academic progress and family priorities.
As students prepare to apply, our counsellor guides university research, admissions requirements, application writing, résumés and interview preparation. Students and parents can also seek guidance on scholarships and external examinations such as the SAT, ACT, IELTS and TOEFL where relevant. Regular meetings and workshops keep families involved as plans develop.
University Placements
Our students' university destinations reflect the breadth of their interests and the individual pathways they have chosen. Each placement represents a student's sustained work, supported by their teachers, counsellor and family.
