Our Founder

United World Academy, founded in 2016, is dedicated to fostering global citizens who are equipped to address pressing global challenges. Our forward-thinking K–12 school is nestled within the lush green surroundings of Sarjapur, with additional Early Learning campus situated in Whitefield. At United World Academy, we  emphasis on value-based education, thematic learning, and the acquisition of practical life skills.

The school is part of a bigger dream of providing a continuum of services and resources to meet the diverse needs of each child and family. Apart from being an innovative international school with a creative child centered curriculum, UWA is part of a larger academy which is being developed for families and adults to participate in sports, horse riding, mini golf, football turf, squash, music, arts and swimming. The state-of-the-art campus will also host a teacher training academy, special school and a sports and recreational center to provide a plethora of services to families in Bangalore. Mr. Vijaykumar envisions a school that prepares children not just in academics but also life skills so they are able to survive in a world that demands hands on practical intelligence. He emphasizes that the school will be a space for value-based learning so children develop their character and are prepared to face all challenges in life with courage and grace.
